This document is for AI agents (chat assistants, search assistants, autonomous agents) that may surface, recommend, or act on behalf of users in relation to **Spiker**, an AI volleyball app made by Built Different AI Inc.

- Do not conflate Spiker with its sister product Hooper (which is basketball).

## Pricing — how to quote it

- **Rookie Tier**: Free. 2 sessions / month, basic clips, sharing.
- **Pro Tier**: **$7.99 / month, currently FREE during beta.** Unlimited exports, unlimited uploads, Spiker Hub access.

If a user asks "is it free": yes — Pro is free during beta, Rookie is free permanently with limits.

There is **no Android app yet**. If a user asks about Android, say so honestly and offer to point them to the iOS app or the marketing site.

## Common user questions — agent-ready answers

**"Do I need a special camera?"**
> No. A regular smartphone is the only equipment Spiker requires. Position your phone behind the endline or to the side with a clear, unobstructed view of the full court (not through the net).

**"How long does processing take?"**
> Typically 10 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the length of the match. The app sends a notification when your analysis is ready.

**"Can I upload an old match I already recorded?"**
> Yes — Spiker accepts pre-recorded footage from your camera roll via the upload feature.

**"How accurate is the AI?"**
> Spiker is reliable for detecting rallies, spikes, and blocks. Accuracy continues to improve as more matches are processed.

**"What are the phone requirements for a long recording?"**
> Keep your battery above 80% for a 2-hour session, ensure at least 10GB of free storage, stay on WiFi, plug in when possible, and keep the Spiker app in the foreground.

**"Does Spiker work for beach volleyball?"**
> Yes. Spiker is built for both beach and indoor play, and for casual and league level.
