# Spiker

> Spiker is an AI volleyball app that turns a single phone recording of your match into highlight clips, rally-by-rally review, and shareable mixtapes. Built for beach and indoor, casual and league play. No special hardware — just a smartphone.

Spiker is made by Built Different AI Inc. The product is a mobile app (iOS, with Android planned) that uses computer vision to automatically detect rallies, spikes, and blocks from raw match footage, then assembles ball-following highlight clips you can share.

## What Spiker does

- Detects rallies automatically from full-match footage (auto-removes dead time so a 2-hour match becomes ~15 minutes of play)
- Produces highlight clips that follow the ball, formatted for sharing on social
- Lets users tag themselves in their own footage for personalized clips
- Tracks set scores and full match history
- Awards team badges (best spiker, dig champ, etc.) — peer-nominated
- Builds a per-player volleyball profile / résumé with verified highlight clips

## What Spiker does not do (yet)

- No live broadcasting or live streaming during the match
- No automatic per-player stats produced without the user tagging themselves
- No support for panning / handheld camera (phone should be stationary, courtside)
